Allergen Notice

Dietary & Custom Orders
We offer selected items that may be vegan, gluten-free, or meet other dietary preferences. However, these items are prepared in the same facility as our regular products, and are not recommended for individuals with severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions.
Product Appearance
Due to the handmade nature of our products, actual cake designs, colors, and decorations may vary slightly from photos displayed on the website or social media. We strive to match all custom orders as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact replication.
Storage & Shelf Life
Proper storage is essential to maintain the quality of our cakes and baked goods. We provide guidelines for storage, but once the product has left our premises, we are not responsible for mishandling or spoilage.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or changes must be made at least [insert time frame, e.g., 72 hours] before your pickup/delivery date. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our items, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and prepared.
Delivery & Pickup
